The Northwest Regional Development Agency’s (NWDA) business Mentoring Programme helps leaders and senior managers of micro and small businesses develop strong leadership skills.

Alison Watson, Class of Your Own says:

“My mentor is a great sounding board. He has encouraged me to believe in myself and that I can achieve what, at the time, might seem impossible. He has helped me discover the tools I need to unlock the businesses potential. We now have some great contracts in the pipeline and an award win.”

You are paired with a dedicated mentor for up to 12 months, and they act as a role model, a sounding board and encourage you to become more innovative as a business leader.

It’s free to qualifying businesses. To be eligible your business must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months and have a turnover of less than £2million per year.
