Startup Sweet Workshop 2pm to 3pm, 19th November

Daresbury Innovation Centre (nr Warrington, Cheshire) – Helping Founders to Find their Startup and Growth Business Sweet Spot.

A Sweet Spot is that perfect place where everything is balanced and optimised.

Businesses that can present a perfectly balanced proposition will get investment – that is, if they want or need it!

This 1 hour workshop will help entrepreneurs and founders…

– consider their personal strengths and any weaknesses and indentify the gaps in their business team

– understand the strategic options to growing a business – raising finance, vs organic growth vs management sweat equity. We’ll deal with issues of control and phase of start up

– understand how to recruit management and key staff gaps

– appreciate how to negotiate with VCs and Business Angels and optimise the cash or skill injection for equity

This is a free workshop for all attendees of the Brookson Enterprise Freelance Fair which runs during the morning from 9.30 to 1.30pm.
