Freelance film buffs – catch the Chester Premier of Skyfall!

Calling all freelance film buffs in the North West…

… Chester’s favourite film son, Daniel Craig, is returning to the big screen this week and his new Bond film, Skyfall, will be premièred in Chester on Thursday – a day before national release!

The screening is being run for the benefit of NSPCC and follows the success of the Casino Royale screening in the Chester six years ago, the last event to be held at the Chester Odeon before its closure and and Quantum of Solace which was released in 2008 at this year’s venue.

Celebrities who have been invited to the screening include stars of stage and screen, including actors from Coronation Street, Hollyoaks and many Bond connected personalities including Daniel Craig’s family and the actor himself.

The 5th October 2012 will represent James Bond’s 50th anniversary, his golden jubilee. It will be exactly 50 years to the day that ‘Dr No’ first hit our screen and we heard the immortal line, “Bond…James Bond”.

I’ll have a Heineken, shaken, not stirred doesn’t sound right but was close to happening and is now played out on our small screens this week with the new Heineken SKYFALL ad.

Tickets to the advance screening at Cineworld, Chaser Court, Greyhound Retail Park at 7.00pm for 7:30pm. cost £35 and include entrance to the after-show party at Cruise, St. John Street.
