Magnus Josefsson – the effect of freelancers on high growth businesses

Magnus Josefsson is a Doctoral researcher and associate lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School.

Magnus has recently completed research that looked at how SMEs in the North West manage innovation.

The findings from the study also included the effect of freelancers on high growth businesses – especially those with a technical or digital focus.

In addition to research, Magnus is an experienced entrepreneur having set up and run a variety of hospitality and catering operations and businesses in Iceland.

Magnus will share with us his findings on the impact of freelancers on the rate of innovation and business growth at the Enterprise Freelance Fair in Manchester on the 22nd November.
